Song About Man Leaving Job

I'm trying to remember the name of a song that was played a fair bit on radio 2 a couple of years ago, it was current at the time and was about the man singing leaving or getting sacked from his job, I'm sure it mentioned something about getting a clock for long service. It was quite upbeat and might have had a country vibe to it. Any ideas from this awful description?

Oh my goodness! I had the answer all along in my YouTube favourites! Was just looking through for something else and the title popped up, have checked and it's the one I was thinking of!!
