I really feel for him Bipolar disease is horrible and very misunderstood by others, but to also be in the public eye will make it all seem much worse.

As far as I am aware there is no link between boxing an mental illness.

I've cared for peple with bipolar, it really is so difficult and so dibilitating. It is so hard for the cares and loved ones.

All boxers suffer brain damage. Boxing is the only 'sport' where it is a deliberate intention to inflict brain damage by 'knocking out' your opponent!
Brain damage can cause a wide range of 'mental health conditions'.

Exactly....so one cannot say with certainty, that Bruno's problem isn't related to his boxing career........or indeed that is is.

As you know, i have had my "run ins" with NHS websites in the past and i do not take them ad verbatum.

He was no gentle giant of the ring....take a look at his knockouts. Possibly the hardest hitting heavyweight of all time, who knows what he could have achieved had he been a more natural boxer.

Not the first time Bruno has had problems with the newspapers.
The Sun had to pay damages after reporting a previous mental problem under the headline 'Bonkers Bruno'.
They said that he thought he was the jockey Frankie Dettori !
Bruno has also been treated for addiction to Cocaine which can't have helped his problems.

Poor chap. I hope he soon gets the right medications and feels better. It's a horrible condition.
