I have My Heritage family builder downloaded and in use. Listed in the photos I have 17 photos with labels available to open. However, when I click on the individual photos, a message comes up to say 'unable to load photo'. Could it be that I need a special programme to open them or change a setting?
Any advice please?

I was informed that there was an answer, but on opening the link there is an 'answer removed'

May have been a rogue advertiser, now removed.
