yes it was love affair, i was a small child at the time and had a crush on the lead singer, cant remember his name, they also had a song called Rainbow valley

I have the Robert Knight on an import 7" single.  It's much better...

Steve Ellis was the only member of the band who actually appeared on the record. All the others were unable to actually play any instrument with any ability and had to be replaced by session musicians. There was a huge fuss about it at the time. Front page news in many papers.
