I know you can get double bass pedals for a single bass drum, but I do see some drummers with double basses. does this mean you can get 2 double bass pedals. one double bass pedal on either bass drum and have 4 single controlled bass heads. like a quad bass beat across 2 bass drums. do people actually go to that extreme?

If I understand you correctly the duallist could allow you to do that. Using a conventional double bass drum pedal you would run out of feet!

WOW!!! the duallist even has a tripple beater. thats crazy. so why do some players have 2 bass drums.

i thought it was so you can have a double bass pedal on either one and be controlling 4 beaters. 2 with left 2 with right. so create some ultimate bass wooping.
