Just a quick tot please matron ...
... of the wonderful and new (to me) Redbreast Single Pot Still 12yo
I picked up a bottle on spec in the local offie here - €45 (about £35) - it's made by Jamesons and has wonderful reviews - but isn't easy to find back home.
The assembled birding company have just demolished at least half the jar, with comments of "blimey" and "better than most single malts" and "I think this has an aftertaste of Poitin ..."
It's splendid - and we've just found some on Amazonnnnnn too ....
