South Wales - Highlights
Going to be staying not far from Fishguard. Have No 1 step son (aged 17, autistic, has to be surgically removed from Xbox/laptop) in tow.
Have identified Oaklands Theme Park and Blue Lagoon Water Park as suitable activities for him.
Can anyone suggest any other activities on personal recommendations:-
1 For step son - he might do a tree top adventure type thing, he might do a speed boat, he might do something scary or something technical. NOT rockclimbing or anything that involves him being in charge of anything vehicular.
2 For me - I am planning a couple of days unhindered by whinging menfolk. I like castles, scenery, history, good food (especially fish).
Anyone have any local knowledge?
TIA

The boat trips are a bit scary for me, but the boy should be in his element !
I have dim of an Aquarium at Fishguard, over near the Irish Ferry port.
He might like Strumble Head lighthouse, which used to be open to the public, although may not be now...spectacular coastal scenery, with a good chance of seeing seals at this time of year :::
