I know it's bit late, but I was watching this with subtitles on. When they came to play Jerusalem, the text said "Jerusalem by Elgar" - whoops!!

An omission rather than an error - better had it said "arr. Elgar"

BBC often get things wrong these days, on Gardeners World recently they spoke of celebrating Shakespeare's birth this year, it should have been commemorating his death. This wasn't a live programme so somebody should have spotted it.
