would have helped if i had out my question on first . anyway looking for recommendations from anyone who has a pair of noise reduction headphones...either wired or wireless.and for cutting noise out on planes.

Bose, totally the best. They reduce background noise when you are listening to music or a book but also reduce it when you don't want to listen to anything

wow they are expensive...I didnt realise..... Prehaps I should change that question to has anyone got cheaper headphones... up to £200... many thanks for your replies already.
