Little Black Boy In Series 1 Of Fortitude
4 Answers
Now that series 2 of Fortitude is up and running, I'm still puzzled about something from series 1.
In series 1, it was concluded that the people that killed other people had been infected by prehistoric wasps. However (IIRC), it was also concluded that the little black boy (who killed Christopher Ecclestone's character) hadn't been infected by wasps, but it was never explained why he killed someone.
Did I miss something?

I assumed he had got infected somehow from that. Maybe there was something different about him though as he seems to have survived it? Who knows where he is now though, although, I think they brought it up a few times last season that you can't live on the island if you aren't well, to do with Michael Gambon's character. He obviously wasn't well and given the breakdown of his parents' relationship I assume they have all left during the couple of months between the series' timeline. That makes me wonder about the wife of Dennis Quaid's character as she obviously isn't well.
