Feeling Of Imending Doom
28 Answers
Recently I was drinking a bit too much like every night and I had an overall feeling of impending doom. I was really sick and could not see anything at all good in my life. It caused me to drink more and I watched some youtube channels etc and I started believing some crazy conspiracy theories. I have stopped drinking and its getting better. Does this mean that basically I can never drink as I am not suited to it?

If you've been feeling depressed and drinking too much it certainly won't help as I'm sure you know drink is a depressant. Seems you've been caught in a dark place recently, reading all the conspiracy stories! I read them at times and they make me feel very down and that's without drink! Try avoiding alcohol for a while and conspiracy stories and see if you start to see the light again

Excessive drinking is not a good lifestyle, but exotic "herbal" ciggies is even worse. Especially late night sessions on the mad web afterwards. Stay off all of it for a while Ukanan and you will find that the panic and feelings of acute concern will diminish. Try to get outdoors and get some exercise as well.
