Spotify (Free) Playlist Disappeared

I've logged on to Spotify but my playlists have disappeared. The word "playlist" is no longer showing down the left hand side - or anywhere! I've googled for an answer but no joy. I don't have a duplicate account or have facebook. I simply log on using Spotify on my laptop. There is a "recover playlist" option but that's only to recover deleted lists, and I have no deleted lists. Thanks in advance

Thanks. Hope someone can suggest where I can look. I've checked out the "Help" section on Spotify, but no joy. It talks about Playlists being in My Library or if on IPad My Music but I can find neither when I look?????
