Employers To Move Jobs Abroad...who'd...

I haven't been able to find these in any sort of shop for some time now. Does anybody know a source?
I've loved them since a child (born 1947!) and now think of them as a healthy nibble - low fat, sugar & calories (I think!), no salt and high fibre. For those who have never heard of them, they taste nutty with a slight milkiness and take AGES to chew! I believe they're the dried tubers (slightly smaller than a whole peanut and very wrinkled) of a perennial plant Cyperus esculentus. This often growns as a weed in warmer climes than ours but was (used to be??!) cultivated too to produce an edible crop, though I've no idea in which countries.
I can't believe they gone off the face of the planet! I yearn for them!! HELP!!!
