Yes! yes! I know he is still a child but the difference between the characters of the two children is , to me startling and slightly worrying.
Princess Charlotte seems happy, extrovert and a contented child whereby Prince George appears, shy, reticent, whinging and yes......a real wimp.
He needs licking into shape methinks.

LOL^^^.....just wondering.
George seems a bit spoiled and churlish..even for a child... Charlotte on the other hand appears bright and personable... maybe another wee boy will help George come out of his shell a bit

^^^^ or a spell at Gordonstoun.........;-)
I must confess I hadn't noticed. Grand occasions must overwhelm small children.
I think George is just like his dad at that age, he seems shy to me
It's rare to get siblings of identical natures, also most little girls love an occasion to dress up and be in front of the camera.

He'll be reet.
And you can tell this by?
Partly the difference between boys and girls but siblings are rarely of similar disposition - even royal ones. Nothing wrong with being a bit shy.
What an absolute load of conkers, sqad! Poor little kid!

Thank you naomi.............how many sons have you had?

ummmm...by his body language and general disposition as suggested by my O.P.
As he is in direct line of succession and will one day be king, I suspect there will be a lot of pressure on him to behave impeccably. He probably resents this. An awful burden to place on a 4/5 year-old boy.
He's not even FIVE years old yet! "Licking into shape"...*rolls eyes in despair*.
Even saying he seems spoiled...how does one tell? He always seems well behaved.
surely sqad, you know that one's character cannot be determined by the way you are brought up - after all havent you yourself said that at least one of your sons is a waste of space?
did you lick him into shape?
You're right Sqad, 'he is still a child'. Like Margo says, his Dad was just the same and he turned out just fine ...

I also agree with naomi and NO, I had no sons either !!! Silly comment.

sqad, //Thank you naomi.............how many sons have you had? //

Mind your own business. George is little more than a baby. Give the poor child a chance.
A clip round the ear hurt no one :-)
Bit soon to say how he will turn out, so long as he finds his path does it matter. Charlotte however looks like a bit of a handful. First children can be over protected and fussed over, he might be reacting badly to another new baby in the family.
Put him in the Marines - now.....His Great Uncle couldn't last it and he was in his 20s.
melv, I got a clip round the ear once - and believe me, it hurt. ;o)
