custom gear knob for Honda Civic R reg

It's my husbands birthday soon and he want's a Honda Civic LCD (blue light) short shift gear knob. This could be the first time ever that he hasn't had to buy his own present if someone could help a non driving passenger with "short shift"? Also any help on the rough price of getting air con re-gassed and can any garage do this (this one is for me I love the air con) and it's not as efficient as when we first got the car, but he denies this because he likes a warm car and I like a cool car.
