Good Morning Early Birds!

Saturday. I put a load of washing on the line to dry overnight, of course for the first time since this hot spell, there was dew this morning, so the washing is wetter than when I put it out. Can't win, can you! It can stay out there now, it'll soon dry.

Going to the farmer's market in Stroud this morning. Haven't been for a few weeks.

Yeah...I've been feeling sick. Yesterday was an awful day to be nil by mouth.

Sorry to see that ummmm. Any reason that you know of for it?

I was on time for my appointment but I was left waiting in a hot warm ward for 3 hours so I didn't have a drink for 10 hours. The couldn't even do the procedure in the end because they hadn't taken my bloods.

That's disgraceful ummmm. I would be writing a letter of complaint to the head biggie at the hospital and copied to the local NHS boss and Minister of Health.

Nah...It's OK. The surgeon was held up in theatre so not really his fault. The nurses were really nice.

I can honestly say that our local NHS hospitals, Gloucester Royal, Cheltenham General and the Vale hospital in Dursley are excellent.

Ah! That's different then ummmm. Fair enough. With oncology you know you're going to have to wait.

I've always had excellent treatment. The surgeon couldn't have predicted how hot it was going to be.

That's true enough. I have great respect for the NHS. What annoys me is that foreigners come here, get treated, then go back to where they came from. In my opinion, they should pay up front before they are treated.

That is bad.

Making the cost twice what it would be in their own country would soon put a stop to it!

Fine Ta...Another blue sky day...Going up to Stirling to a paranormal investigation at bannockburn house today...where Prince Charles hid out after culloden.... wonder if my 18th century husband will pop up ?

You never know your luck! ;o} If he does, mind you don't end up pregnant. That would take some explaining!

Lol it's being run by full time professional investigators, all night lock down ,8pm to 4am, will not be home till this time tomorrow... Will be interesting as its "not for entertainment"
