Zoom MRS-1608 digital multitrack
Has anyone used one of these recording studios? I'm in the market for upgrading from my 15-year old 4track tape recorder and the Zoom looks like it's packed full of loveliness. I generally record guitar but also sing and dabble in keyboards.
How good is the sound quality? Are the drums/bass/effects up to standard? How easy is the whole unit to use? It's very keenly priced just now (sub 500 WITH CD burner) and I'm VERY tempted!

Thanks for that, rojash.
I've already seen that review and that's half the reason I'm looking at the Zoom. Got a review from Future Music as well which sold it pretty well. It's just that I've never used a digital multitracker before so no matter which one I go for, it'll be 1000 times better than my old analogue 4track! But when I'm spending a decent amount of money, I still want to get the RIGHT one.
It does look pretty untouchable for the price though!
