Wednesday. I went to see Pedro yesterday. He remembered me! Came straight to me. He's a fine looking lad now, and he's a daddy! I met his daughter too. The sanctuary is a lovely place with lots of open space for the dozen or so donkeys to run around and play.

Good morning WBM. I'm about, but not wanting to be as it were! A bit of insomnia here, so hoping to get my head down for another hour as this is a bit early for me to be awake and I have a long day ahead.

Morning LCG xxx It really is a lovely place. it's in a lovely location. The donkeys are so happy and well looked after. I'm sure you will love it. You'll need your satnav to get out though! The pub close by is good. I'm taking my friends there on Saturday, got a table booked at the pub.

Morning maydup xxx It really is a lovely, happy place. It's run on donations by a husband and wife team. They are doing an amazing job. The donkeys are all so happy.

Good news: the dehumidifier man turned up bang on time, like the tree man last week (Minty will be jealous).

Bad news: he's had to go away and have a re-think about how to arrange the drying out process.
