I made a promise to myself not to mention His Nibs again as I thought I was boring you. (Did anyone notice last week?) BUT I have to just add this.
We had half term this last week ("Reading week" as my place calls it hopefully) and SWMBO decided to take us to Glyndebourne "for a treat". Tbh, neither of us really wanted to go but he was too polite to decline and I know that I have to obey. So we went. It was "La Traviata" and I have to admit we were both bowled over by it. The music is amazing , the singing just great and the scenery etc fantastic. We were advised by SWMBO that the acting is not always great but that was terrific too. What an experience we had. Two opera fans were created by the experience. SWMBO can be just inspirational!!
To the crossword. I have two queries.
"Metal collected, involving one into copper" I have c?l?I?m so calcium fits . But why? is it even correct?

"Follows advice when dismissing first two in combat" I have l?s?e?s so listens fits And that could be "follows advice". But the rest?

The weather is taking a turn for the better here after a wet start and then a dull and chilly day. Hope you are having a good time.
