Shoe Inserts For The Sides Of The Heels...?

I tend to wear down my shoes on the heels on the outer back edge.
I am finding that because my legs bow out ever so slightly, when i walk fast or a distance, it makes the outer sides of my knees hurt ( also have hypermobility)
I feel like my ankles bend at a slight angle so if i can raise that side of my foot slightly it will centre my angle, putting less stress on my knees.

So, I'm looking for some shoe inserts that are raised only on the sides - all ive found so far is ones of equal/average layout, or to support arches.

I don't have money to spend on custom ones etc so looking for some simple 'off the peg' ready made ones, to see if they help - if they do i will look into getting proper ones made to measure

Any ideas where i can find such a thing? Do they exist?

Also any ideas what i would type into a search bar?

thanks

I worked in shoe fitting for years, this is very common. Try a sport insole, it’s a bit more padded but it should help.

Also get your shoes re-heeled that will also help a tad in balancing you out.

I haven’t heard about the type of insole you are looking for but you could speak to your gp/footcare professional and they should be able to have them made (nhs) for you.

I hope this helps.
you can buy these which aren't terrifically expensive Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

or you can find a local podiatrist who will assess your problem and can provide something. They will charge for the assessment and the orthoses.
or you can go to your GP and get service throuh the NHS

Keep in mind that whatever you do, you are likely to need to get some new shoes as the orthoses will take up room in the shoes.
I've just bought some from Aldi. £2,99 a pair, slightly built up on the inside and very light. I think they've helped me.
