The above song, written and recorded by Bryan Adams, does anyone know whether this song was used in a film, and if so which one.

wasnt it richard marx?...

Richard Marx did that one, but it's been covered since. You sure you don't mean that Robin Hood one that was in the charts for three million weeks? (I doooo it for yoooooooooooooou)
Question Author
it was richard marx who was the original artist who recorded this, although bryan adams definitely wrote it, and has it on one or two albums, probably not a single though. I thought at first I was thinking of the robin hood one, maybe it's because they are quite similar and the right there one wasn't in a film after all.

Richard Marx wrote Right Here Waiting and it appeared uncredited in an Indian movie called Darr (1993).

Bryan Adams had a song called I'll always be right there, which appears on his 18 Til I Die album.
