It's nearly all a racket, imo. And they shouldn't be involving school children in rackets.

5. It made my nightmares and flashbacks stop so I was able to carry on a normal life again

10 I am opposed to big charities that take large amounts of the money donated for "admin costs and salaries" so that little of the money gets to the people in need. However, smaller charities such as ours rely on grants from donors and the government to survive and 95% of our staff are volunteers

I think some charities exist purely for the benefit of themselves, e.g. the NSPCC, who do nothing but take millions of pounds then just have a call centre which tells you to go to Social Sevices or the Police.
