I agree with itsallyellow. The Brits are an industry love in. Nominations by the industry voted for by the industry.

Oh and which month traditionaly is the worst month for album/CD sales? February and which month are the Brits lets see starts with F ends in Y so its not a cynical marketing ploy at all. Ohh No.

Don't be sorry for thinking that the Brit awards are a joke, because they are. Everyones knows Love will tear us apart by Joy division should of won even though the voting was a pointless waste of time.

I agree with all of the answers given! The Brits are all about the money, and as Will666 said "Love will Tear Us Apart by The Joy Division should have won."
In my opinion, Love Will Tear Us Apart is one of (if not the BEST!) the best songs ever written and as for Robbie's 'Angels' winning...well, that says it all really.
