where did the name come from

Nope, they are a Canadian rock band.

Presumably the reason for the title of the EP is known somewhere.

Of course Saskadelphia isn't a country.

The Tragically Hip seemed to loved making up words for their albums and singles, such as Bobcaygeon.

It's probably a reference to the Canadian province of Saskatchewan, possibly tied in with Philadelphia.
