Music on Top Gear during London-Oslo race

Whilst watching a repeat of Top Gear recently, they played a beautiful peice of instrumental music that I'd like to get hold of. It was played during the London to Oslo race when Jeremy was driving an SLR across that really long suspension bridge and then again a bit later. Someone must be able to put me out of my misery, please.
