Thank you for your reply. Please excuse me that my response to you has been slow. To answer your question, I am in Toronto, Canada. I have very strong reasons to believe I have a sister that I learned about very late in life who was born in France on or about May 7, 1946 to Renee Mignot who had a brother, Andre Mignot. The child may have been named Suzanne Arnot but it is unclear why her last name might be Arnot. She is said to have been born in Fleury or Fleurie, but in searching, an obituary was found of what was said to be a prominent French politician with the name Andre Mignot in Fontainebleau who appears to be about the correct age to be the brother of Renee Mignot. The biological father (my father too) mentioned Fontainebleau numerous times. I strongly desire to have direct contact with my sister Suzanne, or her family in France, partly because my other closest living relatives are very, very distantly related, all in the USA. I am genuinely very poor but some of my known but very distant relatives appear to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars (US). I have had little or no contact with them. I seek assistance to have a representative contact my relatives. I do not speak French although my father did. Can you help or suggest anyone who might?

You are in Canada. There are strong French links governmentally and culturally. The Embassy staff will speak English. Start there with whatever information you have.
