End of the World Movie

Saw this movie years ago.... everyone in the world is killed in one instant except something like four people who were supposed to die for different reasons at that specific moment. I remember one of the first scenes being a naked man getting out of bed (!) and in the end only two of the people we left, a black man and a white woman who go off into the sunset to repopulate the world.
