Question Author
Yes mine was this, I almost swooned when he walked into the youth club haha

Ah loved that one to. Oh to be young again. Sometimes yes then no..
The Searchers were so good. Inspired by the Everly Brothers (as were most bands in those days). I saw them (without Graham Nash) and they were very professional, tight and impressive. Dream come true to support such a group.
Question Author
Loved being a teen then Giggsie
Question Author
I had a massive crush on Mike Pender the lead singer haha
Bobbi; sorry I haven't said it yet. You do look very attractive with your new avatar. If I thought that that was really you, I'd be sorely tempted.
Question Author
Thank you , it is me , I put it in place to stop a certain Aber making sly innuendos ;0)
I saw the Searchers live a couple of years ago. Superb!

Mike Pender performs as a solo artist now - I’ve seen him too - and he really shouldn’t. It was sad.
Naomi; you should see Chris Farlow! Last time I saw him (online) he was not in good condition. Happens to us all Even I have put on a couple of inches around the neck!
Question Author
I know Naomi, I went to see the Solid Silver 60s show and I saw a balding old man , in my mind he was the handsome dark haired singer, the best one on there was Gerry Marsden
I saw Gerry Marsden a few years ago, bobbi. I thought he'd passed his sell-by date.

I saw Neil Sedaka at the Royal Albert Hall. His age certainly hasn't dimmed his performance. Well, filling the Royal Albert Hall speaks for itself. What a star!!
We go to the theatre whenever we can and always try to catch those 60s/70s/80s shows.

I went with some friends to see 'Let it Be' - the Beatles story told in their music. If you can ever catch it I think you'd love it. It was a party!
Has to be Carly Simon, ''You're so vain''
At the moment, "Don't talk to him" by Cliff. My best friend's name was Jean and there's a line in the song "If he tells you I've been seen walking round with Sue (my name) and Jean....." We thought that was great when we were teenagers. Jean passed away recently and I've just been to her funeral, that's our song.
Question Author
