What Is The Name Of This Song?

Ok so there’s this song I can remember, but I can only remember one line and the instrumental. It sounds like an 80s song, sung by what sounds like a black male. The line I remember is it goes, ‘NA NA NANA NA NANA NA’ then the instrumental is somewhat similar to the Daryl Hall and John Oates song ‘I can’t go for that’, obviously not the exact same but a similar ish sound. Any help? Thanks

Not George Bensonish but one is black, was 1986 and ends with lot's of na na nas.. More similar to I am The walrus though than I cant go for that

Would be surprised if Never Never love. It was a song I'd forgot but remember it now on playing it . Some lalallas in the later bits but its late 1990s not 1980s, dont sound like a black singer in Luther Vandross style and has no instramental bit. But you never know with these

Bobbinwales- no I haven’t. Super annoying when there’s a song you like the sound of but can’t find it anywhere! There was a 00s pop song that came into my head the other night (not this song I’ve been on about) and I couldn’t find it anywhere!

Alright, I've been trying to find the name of a similar sounding song, but it's female vocalists.  If you can be open-minded, see if this sounds like it:

In the chorus, there's "keep it up keep it up, oh oh oh " (three quick oh's, with the middle one higher pitched) ...then some, other words, then "so keep it up!" (that's how the chorus ends).

Then, later in the song, toward the end, there is a long series of oh's (4 of them, followed by 7, then 4 followed by 7 again). 

"oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh oh oh,  

oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh oh oh oh"

Then  "so keep it up!"

And the singer sounds like Annie Lennox or Natalie Merchant, and it's for sure a top 40 song, I think fro mlate 80's possibly early 90's.
