What type of guitar does Jack Johnson play? ie acoustic, electric etc? As you can tell i know nothing about guitars but it is a resolution of mine to learn to play some of his stuff so need to know where to start!! THanks in adavance!

Generally speaking, are they acoustic guitars? Being only 17 i cant afford such wonderful guitars.. what are good cheaper alternatives and what sort of price should i be looking at to be still reasonably cheap but of decent quality?

try looking for a jay turser acoustic/elect. guitar,they are great guitars,and they are pretty cheap too.@ $100-200 bucks!
