Is it just me or does it seem like the title of this came first and then he had to somehow squeeze this very difficult lyric into the song? It just sounds so awkward and mis-pronounced.

I haven't heard the song, so I am not sure which lyric you are referring to; but I think that it could be connected to a medical condition called wobbly neck.
