I need help finding this film. I saw a trailer of it in a theater around 2016-2017. It was foreign but American subtitled, about a teen boy who has a terminal illness which may or may not be curable. So to cherish the time he has supposedly left, his estranged parents chose to take him around the world, to do his favorite hobbies. And in doing so, the dad vows/promises to win the mom back and reunite the family, and be there for the day where operation their son will go through. Would appreciate it if someone could tell me.
