The best place to start is your local instrument supplier. Most suppliers stock manusript books for the popular songs of major artists, and they will include guitar and usually keyboard parts, and lyrics. If you specify the artists you are interested in, your supplier should be able to order in for you, if the material is available, and not all artists make their songs available in this way, but again, your instrument supplier will be able to advise you. If you are unwilling to pay out for the books you need, your local library music section may well have access to material, and can usually borrow from other libraries to supply what you need. As a final option, check out http://www.everydaycompanion.com/chords/songs/rock.asp on the web, and see if they have what you are looking for.
