I think there must be a limit. As far as I know one's IQ can't go below zero (although it seems it can at times). It's analogous to trying to get a temperature reading for some value less than 0⁰K. Or trying to make an omelette when you've no eggs in your kitchen.

Yes - these cop shows - always saying "well that's another drunk/drugged/unisured driver taken off the road".

You can bet your bottom dollar a fair % of them carry on driving illegally.
