every one knows a lie detector cannot be relied on which is why they don't use them in court, yet straight away Kyle is nasty to the bloke. He doesn't give him a chance to speak. He committed suicide shortly after, would he have done that if he really was lying? It's bear baiting with people, I've always hated these shows and Kyle is the worst. Look into his shady past, he ain't squeaky clean.

Thst was his job, to be a rearhole to guests. The wonder is that anyone thought it was a good idea, or that there was a sufficient audience for it.

 

My guess is that the guy wasn't lying, but given the humiliation and accusations I'd not like to say he wouldn't have opted out even had he been lying.

I`ve just been reading about that. What a nasty, confrontational style Jeremy Kyle had and he hasn't got an ounce of humility or regret either.

The show was just jumping on the bandwagon of Jerry Springer's show in the States (I met Jerry Springer once, nice chap) but at least Jerry Springer was relatively humane.  Kyle is just a hard nosed piece of work

There are video clips of the show on various newspaper sites at the moment - you don't have to watch his programme to get the gist of what he is like

It has always puzzled me why people who seem a little 'sensitive' or have relationship problems would want to go on a tv show and air it all in public 🤷‍♀️

Its asking for trouble, one way or another, in my opinion.
