Ipod Video Problems

Hii I bought a video ipod last year, but so far the only videos I have on it is Thriller by MJ.

Anyway! I bought a program that makes videos watchable on it which seemed to work. Ipod accepts them as videos, and I can upload them onto my Ipod. The problem is that once they're there, I can't find them in the video section. The only way they seem to play is as auido with a little picture of the video (not moving) in place of the album art.

Any ideas of what I can do?

Unsure as to the solution, but you sure the finished file type is MP4? Maybe its the programme your using, what is it? I use Videora, its free and works on NEARLY all files.
