An older film about a teenage girl passing herself off as a white girl living in a grand house, while in fact her black mother is the house keeper for a wealthy family. The family treat her as one of their own, but she is ashamed of her heritage and mother. She treats her as a servant in public, until her mother takes ill and she realises what shes done. Please help trace title as I would love to see again.
