The first time I heard This Womans Work was when I watched She's Having A Baby and it moved me to tears. I never knew it was written specifically for the film but I would recommend seeing the film if you love the song, it's not a great film and it's perhaps a bit schmaltzy but it's worth it to hear the song in context (particularly if you're in the mood for a good cry!)
