You cannot put a definitive time, or name, on the creation of music. Music has evolved over a period of time, from pre-history to today, and evolves and shifts constantly as the twin drivers of culture and technology progress.

Music obviously takes the occasaional wrong turn and ends up in a cultural cul-de-sac, such as the day Westlife were created in a laboratory by a mad scientist with a serious grudge against creativity, but other than oc casional blips like that, it moves along with the times.

Real music was created in 1992 when "Ash" recorded their first demo tape "Garage Girl"
