A song from 1983/84 with the lyrics"WITH THE ARCH or (ARK) MONKEYS" as the chorus, i think. Does anyone know the title of the song?

I know Julian Cope was lead singer with Teardrop Explodes" around that time.Maybe the song was by them.Hope this helps a little.
