I have the same phone. It comes with a grey USB connector which makes transferring files between the phone and your pC relatively straightforward.
You need to load the Sony Ericsson file manager software onto your PC, then connect your phone to a spare USB port.
Go to Windows Explorer and copy whichever mp3 files you wish to add to your phone.
Then still in explore, navigate to the Sony Ericsson File Manager directiory. Double click on the folder, and you should see a sub folder called (something like) 'Phone Memory'. Double click on that icon, and you should see a number of sub folders.
One of those sub folders will be 'sounds'.
Place the mp3 in the 'Sounds' folder. I've found on my PC, it takes about five minutes to transfer a five minute song.
Once the transfer is complete, disconnect the phone from your PC, and using the toggle swicth on the phone itself, go to File Manager > Sounds and you should see the mp3 there.
You can then set your phone to use the mp3 as your ringtone, thereby annoying all your colleagues whenever your phone rings.
Great fun.
