Eurostar Advert music

Eurostar are currently running a TV advert featuring a song in French, a sort of gentle, wistful, lullaby; the chorus is something like, "...toujours, toujours, toujours...". But the tune sounds a little like "I Go To Sleep" by The Pretenders. Does anyone know the song they're playing - and is it connected?

I've got a feeling it's a specially commissioned piece by a composer called Dirk Campbell...is it the one with the string arrangement and 2 female voices? Try running his name and 'Eurostar' into Google.
