does anyone remember a song about a taxi driver who seemed to be stalking some girl who had dumped him she lived at something royal gardens and the singing cabbie looked alarmingly like timothy spall?

any ideas on the title?

Yeah, it was called "Car 67" by I think Car 67 and now I have it on my brain.the Taxi driver was a real Brunnie if I remember calling at 83 Royal Gardens.

he was not stalking her he just did not want to pick her up because she was going to the airport after they split up the night before and was upset at her going.
