Don't know the artist, but the song is "Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett. I would love to know who the artist is...

its not funky kingston cuss i got the cd but it is toots & maytals just cant find the right one

The song is Funky Kingston (originally a Toots toon), but the artist doing it on the ad, according to Miami Ink website, is Peter Gayle. I really like what I hear, but can't find anything more on him or band - recordings, etc.
