Music in The Observer commercial?

Does anyone know who did the track in the recent Observer newspaper commercial shown in cinemas and TV?

The ad is called 'Floating Pages' and features a deserted London at dawn with newspapers left outside a newsagent blowing away, floating about gently, then reforming (kinda like the Pleix/Audi ad), but I can't find any information on the music; I hope it wasn't commisioned especially. The track is quite minimalist, melodic, and resembles some mid-nineties Autechre work, but isn't them.
