Please help!!

I remember a music video from a couple of years back about an old man who was breakdancing on some cardboard on a street corner. The story of the video was that he was in love with a woman when he was younger but she left suddenly. He dances there every year on the same date, same street, same song in the hope that she returns. There were flashbacks of him with her and him dancing.

I know that this is a bit vague but i cant remember anything about the song apart from the video!!
