So Paul died and we had the barefoot Paul on the zebra crossing, the VW Beetle with 28IF on the registration plate and John in white mourning gear.....but what other clues were on Abbey Road's sleeve? Andy......

Pretty much everything covered there - the only other sign I know is that Paul's eyes are closed. Of course, it's all nonsense - Paul had some shots taken with sandals on, but they weren't used, and the Volkswagen owner was a regular parker in the area, so as usual, people put two and two together and made 22 - still, it kept us all guessing for a few years!
that second link was really interesting Waldo, cheers for that. clearly the theory is a lot of rubbish but quite amazing to see the depths that some people go to to try to prove it.
The Beatles helped along the "Paul is dead rumour". They started putting clues into songs to get people talking (like "I buried Paul" at the end of Strawberry Fields).

Paul isn't dead... apparently he's a walrus though!
Sorry GeordieSteve - it's not 'I Burried Paul'. It's 'Cran-Berry Sauce' (my hyphen to show pronunciation) and you can here this extremely clearly on the Anthology 2 version of SF.
The only 'clue' deliberately put on a record is on 'Glass Onion' where John wrote 'Here's another clue for you all, the walrus was Paul'.
