In an audacious bid to get to know the poeple of the answerb........ blah blah blah - what's everyone's top 3 bands?

Ok here goes with serious answers to save OBO giving me grief! 1/ Pink Floyd (stunning tunes, words and a visual show second to none when seem live) 2/ Level 42 (they have the best bassist in the world in Mark King and although never really mainsteam popular always a top live band) 3/ and this one caused problems as i have been torn between about 4 or 5 bands and if asked next week i might give a different answer but i've plumped for Christy Moore as i'm in a folkie vibe right now but it could habe just as easily been Manics, Travis, Stevie Ray Vaughan or Beatles.

Hmmm, there's an awful lot of Pink Floyd fans on here... i can't fault it myself. Top three, all joint equal first because i can't split them: The Beatles, U2, Pink Floyd. (but Oasis were knocking on the door in fourth place!)
