what was so special about 2pac,that he has songs dedicated to him and even elton john done one a little while back,(sort of with him),how did he die and is it right he was a gangster or something,not my cup of tea but just curious???

he gained alot more publicity/notoriety now he is no longer with us as rap music tends to embrace 'gangsta' style and gun culture, mixed in with a little bit of mysogyny and you basically have modern day formulaic rap so popular with white middle class kids desperate to break away from there staid, stoic life-syles.
