Hi, anybody know the name artiat of this song?

It's fairly slow and very rythmic, I have some patchy lyrics:

'..on the floor again.....dirty as the rain..'

'..if I could get up...'

I have already asked someone what the song was when I heard it but I can't remember, it's called something like 'still' by 'w...7' ?? This info could be completely wrong though so if you have ANY idea whatsoever i would be REALLY grateful! Thanks!
